KYC-TM05 is not stabilized with anti-oxidant 未添加抗氧剂。
KYC-TM05/ST is stabilized with 1000 or 3000ppm of IRGANOX-1010 upon customer request.

Brief Descriptions 产品简介
KYC-TM05 is a yellowish or colorless oily limpid liquid. It is soluble in most of organic solvents but insoluble in water.On request, it can be stabilized with antioxidants depending on customer requirements.
KYC-TM05为微黄色或无色油状透明液体,能溶于大部分有机溶剂,但不溶于水。根据不同客户的要求,可添加抗氧化剂。
KYC-TM05 tends to solidify at the temperature of approx. 0°C. Nevertheless it melts by slight heating, without any quality problem.
KYC-TM05在接近0°C时有凝固趋势,而轻微的加热可使它熔化,但无任何质量问题。
The product due to its nature does not have a shelf life. However, it can be stored in appropriate containers at a temperature of approximately 25°C and the exclusion of humidity for at least 1 year, without losing its chemical properties.Nevertheless, re-testing of properties is recommended every 6 month from the production date.

Trimellitate plasticizers are more permanent than many other plasticizers. They are extremely resistant to extraction by aqueous soap and have an excellent compatibility under high humidity. The migration resistance in PVC compounds when in contact with a wide range of materials is much better than phthalates and other monomeric plasticizers and comparable to Polyester plasticizers.

Characteristics and Applications of KYC-TM05
KYC-TM05的特性及应用
· KYC-TM05 is esterifiedbya blend of linear C8 and C10 alcohols, has been shown to be the Trimellitate plasticizer with the best combination of properties when formulated in PVC compounds. It provides excellent high temperature resistance while at the same time good low temperature flexibility.

· Therefore KYC-TM05is widely used to prepare compounds for special electrical cables as it can satisfy the most severe requirements in this sector (BS 6746, VDE 0207, UL 62, CEI 20-11,and ISO 6722 with reference to automative cables class B and C)

In the tests according to the UL standard, compounds were aged in an oven with 220 air changes/hour.
