Brief Descriptions 产品简介

KYC-TM02 is a yellowish or colorless oily limpid liquid. It is soluble in most of organic solvents but insoluble in water.On request, KYC-TM02 can be stabilized with antioxidants depending on customer requirements.  

KYC-TM02为微黄色或无色油状透明液体,能溶于大部分有机溶剂,但不溶于水。根据不同客户的要求,KYC-TM02可添加抗氧化剂。

 

The product KYC-TM02 due to its nature does not have a shelf life. However, it can be stored in appropriate containers at a temperature of approximately 25°C and the exclusion of humidity for at least 1 year, without losing its chemical properties. Nevertheless,re-testing of properties is recommended every 6 month from the production date.

KYC-TM02由于其特性是没有设定储存期。但是在温度大约为25℃且有效除湿的条件下,将其储存于适当的容器内至少一年不会失去其化学特性。不过我们仍建议在未使用的每六个月应重新检验,以获得最佳的使用效果。

Unlike Polyester plasticizers, Trimellitate plasticizers provide good flexibility at low temperatures same as phthalate esters.

  • · Permanence and compatibility 持久性和兼容性

Trimellitate plasticizers are more permanent than many other plasticizers. They are extremely resistant to extraction by aqueous soap and have an excellent compatibility under high humidity. The migration resistance in PVC compounds when in contact with a wide range of materials is much better than phthalates and other monomeric plasticizers and comparable to Polyester plasticizers.

偏苯三酸酯类增塑剂比其他许多增塑剂持久性更强。该类产品耐肥皂水萃取性非常好,而且在湿度高的条件下具有极好的相容性。在聚氯乙烯复合物中耐迁移性明显优于邻苯二甲酸酯和其他单分子增塑剂,可以与聚酯增塑剂相媲美。

In the tests according to the UL standard, compounds were aged in an oven with 220 air changes/hour.

此测试按照美国UL标准,化合物在烤箱内经220次空气换气/小时进行老化处理。

 

In case of more severe requirements, we suggest the use of TM8-10 or TINTM。
